The menu includes a selection of rich and exotic dishes based on a French- Italian kitchen. The appetizer menu includes a choice of salads, soups and hot dishes. The quail eggs in Gondola sauce is highly recommended, as well as the shrimps in garlic sauce. The choice of entrees range from pastas to meat to fish. If you crave Italian, choose the fettuccine served with either Alfredo, salmon, fungi or four cheese sauce ; or perhaps the calzone Sicilian filled with fried eggplant, olive, anchovy, grilled pepper and feta cheese and topped with tomato sauce.

For meat lovers, there is Osso buco, highly recommended as well as Tornado Rossini (filet covered with goose liver in a very delicate Madeira wine sauce), Filet Mignion in pepper, Roquefort or mustered sauce or veal escalope in Marsala sauce, lemon sauce or au gratin. For a taste from the sea, try our escargot or one of the steamed or baked fish, like trout with lemon, garlic or cream almond sauce, or a salmon filet with lemon, garlic or pesto sauce.
