A well-known restaurant founded by Abu-Ramzey, a former chef at the King
David hotel, serves high-quality Arab cuisine in a beautiful setting overlooking
the ancient part of Abu-Gosh village. It is now managed by his son,
Mr. Ramzey Abu-Gosh, who spent some years in training at the Hilton chain
hotels in Europe.
Recommended by the Israel Ministry of Tourism and awarded prizes for Israeli-Arab dishes. Nevertheless, the prices are quite modest. Live shows and music at night.
